Something more "corporate"
I received limited information from the agency for this project. But I did my best to provide a design with a more modern corporate feel as requested. And I went above the initial agreement of providing low-fi wireframes and instead provided high-fi wireframes to better showcase the aesthetic I was aiming for.
Filling in the blanks
By analyzing their website and current design, I was able to bring key information onto the homepage that was previously missing: the second service they provide - HR Solutions.
I also revised the copy for everything, which got them closer to using more consumable UI text.
These suggestions were taken and the updates can be seen on their website.
Last minute brand color change, say what??
Less than 24 hours before the next agency-client meeting, I was notified of a brand color change - from a purple to the rich, deep blue shown in the wireframes. I loved it, but of course, it required I change many elements in my initial design and I had only a very small window of time to make those changes.
"Breaker, breaker 10-4. Can I get some reply?" - Outkast
It was tough to set up calls for the additional information and feedback needed, which made it challenging to create a well thought out design that included everything the client needed. And it made it impossible to move forward with revisions or to provide more refined wireframes.
Project manage this
I enjoy designing, always, even when it's challenging. And for this project, it seemed more project management was needed. During my last conversation with the agency, I made sure to highlight my skills in this area to let them know that if we worked together more in the future, I could provide this.

BLOG & FOOTER NOTES
• Talent Insights - slider to show three posts. Can remove dates to create “evergreen” blog since most dates are too far in the past.
• Depending on the marketing strategy, a pop-up email subscription may be needed. Currently, there isn't one.

Step 1
Identify Challenge
Diversity Zoom's website didn't align with the clients they serve. They've grown since beginning and want their website to reflect a more "corporate" and mature aesthetic.
Since I didn't speak directly to the client, it was challenging to create a well thought out design with the limited information I had. They wanted something more "corporate," but the example sites provided were on par with the current design. There was no time scheduled by the agency to gather additional information and only a small window of a few hours for feedback and revisions prior to the agency's client meeting. At that meeting, I was also notified of a brand color change.
